Superfood Pasta! Blonde Chickpea + Pesto

Blonde Chickpea & Spinach Pesto!

8 oz cooked pasta (choose your favorite)

1 can 8 Track Foods Blonde Chickpeas, drained and rinsed ⁠⁠ ⁠

For the sauce:

3 generous handfuls of spinach ⁠⁠ ⁠
2 cups packed fresh basil ⁠⁠ ⁠
1 tsp Spirulina (totally optional) ⁠⁠ ⁠
1/3 cup olive oil ⁠⁠ ⁠
2 cloves, garlic ⁠⁠ ⁠
Salt to taste ⁠⁠ ⁠
2 T Lemon Juice (about a 1/2 lemon) ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ ⁠

Use a blender (immersion blender is best) to mix together ingredients and toss with Chickpeas and Pasta.  YUM!! ⁠
